Noah has a strong background in asset management, having served as Director of Asset Management for Generation Income Properties (NASDAQ: GIPR) and Confidant Asset Management before becoming Vice President of Investments at Bones Investment Group (BIG). In his role at BIG, Noah was responsible for overseeing the financial performance of properties and portfolios, as well as managing the day-to-day aspects of commercial property ownership. He managed a portfolio totaling over 625,000 square feet and $215M in gross asset value, executing capital improvement projects exceeding $6.5M and securing $65M in additional rent through lease negotiations. These efforts resulted in a 36.7% increase in property value across the portfolio.
Noah has been a part of the Bones Investment Group Advisory Board and executive team since its founding in 2018. Deeply aligned with the company’s mission of education and legacy building, Noah is passionate about developing strong investment and educational platforms that support Bones’ mission and meet the goals of their investors.

Deone Bucannon is a 7-year NFL veteran, known for his role as a Safety/Linebacker. Drafted in the 1st round by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2014 NFL Draft, Deone is originally from San Diego, California, and played college football at Washington State University, where he earned 1st Team All-Pac 12 and 1st Team AP All-American honors. A Super Bowl LV Champion with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2020 season, Deone is now focused on building his off-the-field legacy through real estate and alternative investments.
Deone is committed to creating a thriving real estate holding and acquisition company, operating as a family office. As a member of ICSC, Deone has attended conferences in Las Vegas and Orlando and is passionate about learning more about passive real estate ownership and investments. Transitioning to commercial real estate as his second career, he is eager to continue competing in a new arena and achieve significant success. Keith Smith is entering his 11th year in the NFL as a Fullback free agent. A graduate of San Jose State University, Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree in just 3 1/2 years, playing four seasons and receiving Freshman All-American honors, All-Conference recognition all four years, and serving as Team Captain in his Senior season. After graduation, he signed as an undrafted Free Agent with the Dallas Cowboys. Despite being undrafted, Keith is a first-round member of Bones Investment Group, part of the initial group of investors in the fund.
Keith has gained valuable experience by job-shadowing at SRSRE, attending various CRE conferences, and plans to pursue his CCIM certification. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia. Through his journey as an undrafted player, Keith learned that the earnings athletes make don’t last unless managed properly, which inspired him to help fellow athletes and others turn immediate earnings into generational wealth. Bringing the selflessness, intensity, and work ethic of an NFL Fullback to the commercial real estate industry, Keith is determined to make a lasting impact and uplift as many lives as possible.

Justin is entering his 7th year in the NFL as a wide receiver with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 5th round of the 2018 NFL Draft, winning Super Bowl LV with the team during his 4-year tenure, and Super Bowl LVII with Kansas City. Before his NFL career, Justin attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance. While at Penn, he worked at Susquehanna International Group, the nation’s largest options market maker, researching biotech and healthcare stocks.
Justin joined Bones Investment Group as an investor and student to add commercial real estate to his wealth portfolio. He has immersed himself in the industry through offseason job shadowing with the CEO and other Advisory Members, as well as attending conferences to network and grow his knowledge. Recently married to Erica, Justin and they have one son.

Kenny Stills Jr. is a retired 9-year veteran NFL wide receiver. He was drafted in the 5th round of the 2013 NFL draft by the New Orleans Saints.
He spent 2 seasons with the Saints, 4 seasons with the Miami Dolphins, and had stints with the Houston Texans, Buffalo Bills, and a brief return to the Saints.
Kenny hails from San Diego, California and played college football at the University of Oklahoma where he was a standout receiver for the Sooners.
Throughout his NFL career, Kenny recorded 316 catches for 4,911 yards and 38 touchdowns. He’s known for his speed and deep-threat ability. Notably, Kenny was nominated for the prestigious Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year Award in consecutive years, 2017 and 2018, while with the Miami Dolphins. This recognition highlights his exceptional commitment to philanthropy and community impact. Kenny is a passionate activist for numerous causes, including mental health, racial equality and social justice. He’s been recognized for his community involvement and has participated in protests calling for social change.
Post-NFL, Kenny is focusing on building his legacy through various business ventures and investments. His goal is to create generational wealth to serve and problem solve in his community and similar communities around the globe.

Justin Reid is a 7-year NFL veteran, two-time Super Bowl Champion, Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee, and current starting safety for the Kansas City Chiefs. Drafted by the Houston Texans in 2018, Justin studied Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University and quickly made an impact in the league, starting 15 games and earning a spot on the ESPN All-Rookie Team. Most recently, he helped lead the Chiefs’ defense to back-to-back Super Bowl titles.
Beyond football, Justin is deeply involved in philanthropy, particularly focused on children and young adults. He serves as an ambassador for Kid’s Meals and Candlelighters Houston and founded the J. Reid Indeed Foundation, which works to bridge the digital divide among underserved youth in Houston. Justin’s passion for real estate began in 2021, and through research, mentorship, and hands-on experience, he has become involved in short/long-term leasing and residential properties in LA, TX, NY, and AZ. He is also a board member of an Urban Development fund in Houston and an investor in multi-family, commercial real estate, mutual funds, and private equity. Justin envisions his post-NFL career to be centered around commercial real estate fund management. Outside of business, he enjoys chess, golf, traveling, and fashion.

Terron Armstead is entering his 12th year in the NFL as the left tackle for the Miami Dolphins. Drafted in the 3rd round, 75th overall, by the New Orleans Saints in the 2013 NFL Draft, Terron played nine seasons with the Saints before being named the NFL’s #1 free agent in 2022 and signing with the Dolphins. Throughout his career, Terron has earned 5 Pro Bowl selections, an All-Pro honor in 2018, a Walter Payton Man of the Year nomination in 2020, and served as team captain seven times. He attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where he excelled in football and track and field, becoming a 9-time SWAC champion and leading the Golden Lions to their first-ever SWAC championship.
Terron is deeply committed to his community, particularly his hometown of Cahokia, Illinois. Through the Terron Armstead Foundation, he established the Team Armstead Community Center, a 40,000 sqft facility dedicated to education, life skills, career readiness, tutoring, mentoring, and more. The center’s flagship program, “I’m A Business,” was written by Terron himself. Off the field, Terron is focused on personal growth and networking, striving to provide a solid foundation and example for his children. Mike Burton is entering his 10th season as a fullback in the NFL, currently with the Denver Broncos after spending his first two seasons with the Detroit Lions, who selected him in the 5th round of the 2015 NFL Draft. Burton was named to Mel Kiper’s All-Rookie Team and finished with the 3rd highest grade among all fullbacks in the league. The highlight of his career came when he won Super Bowl LVII with the Kansas City Chiefs. A preferred walk-on at Rutgers University, Mike was named Team Captain in his Senior season for his leadership and work ethic. He was also an All-Big Ten Academic performer and the recipient of the 2014 Paul Robeson Award for performance, leadership, and dedication on and off the field.
In 2016, Mike launched Mike’s Knights, a charitable initiative in New Brunswick, NJ, supporting families battling pediatric cancer. With a long-standing passion for real estate, Mike dedicates his offseason to attending the Ross Business School Academy for Commercial Real Estate, investing in several funds with Bones Investment Group, and engaging with industry experts to expand his knowledge. Mike has been married to his wife, Kirsten, for five years, and they have three children together.

Rebecca York, MBA/J.D is a commercial real estate professional with experience in development, land use and capital markets. In her role as COO at NAI Realvest she was responsible for development team which permitted, constructed and delivered 500,000 + square feet of commercial space. As COO she was also responsible for all budgeting, cost control and operational responsibility for the development, commercial real estate brokerage and property management divisions of the company. Rebecca’s property management team oversaw 2 million square feet of commercial space with full accounting, tenant and facility management. While at NAI Realvest, Rebecca directly handled country club and institutional private equity and commercial mortgage services.

He also filled the CFO role for 4 years at this company. He managed the in-house construction company that has built assets with a cost of over $500MM. He carries a high degree of financial acuity as a CPA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from University of Florida and a Master’s of Accountancy from Florida International University. He is extremely proficient in budgeting, financial modeling, project and property management. He is a great asset as he has been directly involved in development of various retail and hospitality projects across the country for the last 2 decades and continues to stay ahead of the market and understands trends and economic cycles.

Ken brings over 40 years of experience in business, with a focus on real estate finance and ground-up development. His career began in 1980 in Hartford, Connecticut, where he learned the retail leasing and development business from two of the largest retail developers in the Northeast, The Konover Companies and The Pyramid Companies. In 1985, Ken joined The Sembler Company as Senior Vice President of Real Estate, where he led the company to become one of the most successful retail development firms in West Central Florida. Under his leadership, Sembler became a preferred developer for major retailers like Publix, Eckerd Drugs (now CVS), Home Depot, and Target, completing over 1,300 leasing transactions and real estate deals totaling more than $2 billion.
In 1997, Ken founded Morin Development Group, where he developed over $350 million in real estate projects across various sectors. Within eight years, he earned the title of the largest commercial real estate developer in the greater Tampa Bay area, as recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
